I am Mathijs Fitters, a Dutch singer-songwriter making music to be with God and from there share His love. My desire is that people may come to know God's love and grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

The voice behind the songs
I grew up in a musical family in the south of the Netherlands, but was not raised in faith. Only my grandmother would sometimes speak about the Lord and pray at bedtime when she looked after us. That always stayed with me - something beautiful, something powerful.
I came to know the love of Jesus through a Christian men's weekend: Men In Christ. A touch of God during prayer and reading the Bible changed everything.
Today I get to sing and testify at youth services, schools and events to share God's love and grace through my music. I also give workshops where I bring musical art and worship together and challenge young people to discover the talents God has given them.
